Uploaded content: We store the documents, images, transcripts, and metadata that you upload to Leo for processing and storage. Please refrain from uploading personal data about living individuals unless you have all necessary rights/consents.

Usage data: We automatically collect technical information about your device and usage patterns (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps). This helps us improve the Service and ensure security.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential functionality, remember your preferences, and collect analytic data. See "Cookies and Tracking" below for more details.

3. How we use your information

Providing the service: We use your personal data to create and manage your account, process subscription payments, and deliver the transcription features you request.

Service improvement and AI training: We may use your uploaded documents, images, and transcripts to train and refine our AI models, debug issues, and enhance platform performance.

We may retain non-personal copies of your uploaded content (e.g., transcripts or images) indefinitely for internal analytics, AI training, or to improve our Service, but these will not be linked to your personal identity.
