Orange January 9th 1840 Dear Sir The Enclosed bond was not presented for payment untill this day I sent Mr Barnett a note stateing that you would hire martin another year but he was only hired untill the 1st of June next, of Course he is not gon back to you. I sent the other bond to you by Mr Hiden and would have sent this by private Conveyance but I know of none, I therefore send it by mail very Respectfully David Graham
