Pareceo consideradas as rezões q representa a Junta da administração do tabaco, e ter mostrado a experiencia que hum dos mayores danos que se seguem a este genero he a liberdade com que os Relligiozos, clerigos e mais pessoas particulares entrão nas naos da India q chegão aos Portos de Goa, não se podendo ter toda aquella cautella necessaria com elles, e ser conveniente q por todo o meyo se procure evitar o descaminho que ha neste particular, que V. Mag.de se sirva de mandar escrever aos Prelados das Relligiões prohibão aos seos subditos hirem a dittas embarcações, e extendendo se esta mesma recomendação ao Arcebispo Primaz de Goa, para q a faça praticar com os clerigos e que faltando algum a esta observancia q os degradem para fora daquella cidade para que o temor do castigo os abstenha de entrarem nos dittos navios.
